This haunting sequence seemed a natural for the water globe, so we could recreate their undersea environment. The glass sphere measures approximately 4 1/2" in diameter. On its base of spiraling waves, it is about 5 1/2" tall, the mermaids swim in a counter-spiral pattern inside, and tiny gold flakes are suspended in the water, creating a sparkling effect that represents the stolen gold they guarded.
